Description
- ULTIMATE MULTI-SURFACE COMPATIBILITY - Engineered to bond to virtually any substrate, including concrete, plywood, plaster, tile-on-tile, metal, fiberglass, and even existing vinyl. Perfect for both interior and exterior projects, as well as electric or water-based underfloor heating systems.
- RAPID DRYING FORMULA - Get back to work faster. Our fast-setting dispersion becomes touch-dry in just 15–20 minutes under normal conditions, keeping your tiling or leveling project on schedule without sacrificing quality.
- HIGH-STRENGTH BONDING & SEALING - PrimeMate stabilizes dusty or porous substrates, creating an impenetrable, high-strength foundation. It significantly improves the adhesion of tile adhesives and leveling compounds while extending their working time for a flawless finish.
- PROFESSIONAL ECONOMY (1:3 DILUTION) - Highly concentrated for maximum value. With a simple 1-part primer to 3-parts water dilution ratio, this formula provides extensive coverage, making it an cost-effective solution for large-scale floor and wall preparation.
- PROFESSIONAL-GRADE RELIABILITY - A trusted choice for stabilization, this primer effectively seals substrates to prevent premature adhesive drying. It ensures a professional-standard bond on everything from sand/cement screeds to anhydrite and moisture-sensitive surfaces.
- WATERPROOF - Dual-Action Moisture Barrier & Adhesion Lock. It deeply penetrates porous surfaces to block underlying moisture vapor from pushing through, while simultaneously drying into a flexible, high-tack film that chemically and mechanically fuses topcoats (like paint, tile mortar, or concrete) to prevent peeling and structural breakdown.
- APEO FREE - Eco-Friendly & Safer to Use: It is free from harsh chemicals that can harm the environment or disrupt hormones, making it a safer, "greener" choice for use inside your home.
PowerChem PrimeMate - Advanced Bonding Agent & Primer
PrimeMate is a high-performance styrene butadiene copolymer dispersion engineered to prime, stabilize, and seal substrates. Designed for professional use, it creates a high-strength bond for tile adhesives and smoothing compounds. This fast-setting formula enhances adhesion and extends the working time of subsequent layers. Suitable for both internal and external use on absorbent surfaces.
Preparation - Ensure all surfaces are dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, or loose debris. The ambient and substrate temperatures must remain above 5°C throughout the application and curing process.
Application - Shake well before use. Apply a thin, even coat using a brush or roller, ensuring 100% coverage. Allow the primer to become touch-dry before tiling or leveling.
Drying Time: Typically 15–20 minutes under normal conditions. Note: Highly porous substrates or high temperatures will accelerate drying, while low temperatures or non-porous surfaces will extend it.
General Priming & Dilution - Dilution Ratio: Mix 1 part PrimeMate with 3 parts water.
