We are pleased to offer customers express delivery for any urgent orders. This does carry an extra charge depending on the product, weight and delivery address. All express deliveries orders must be received before a 2pm cut off time.
We do not guarantee delivery times unless you have paid for express or guaranteed delivery. Depending on the value of the order or your preferred shipping method you may have to sign for the goods. The delivery company should leave a calling card after a failed delivery attempt, but in many cases will leave a message via SMS or email. Hence it is essential that your correct mobile and email is registered.
